Taking inspiration from Mr. Dave Scheidecker, a former friend, co-worker, and teacher, we believe that Four Pillars should serve as the foundations of life. These pillars are family, health, faith, and academics. They are non-negotiable priorities in our team members' and coaches' lives, and nothing should supplant or replace them. Through our experiences coaching and participating in extra-curriculars, we have discovered that when these Pillars remain at the forefront of our decision making, our actions ultimately lead to success. With this mindset, we firmly believe that Mustang Speech can foster a strong sense of confidence, community, and camaraderie at Metea Valley.
